  4. program files or databases that are part of the Desert Landscaping 
  5. CD-ROM.  It is a violation of national (U.S.) and international
  6. copyright law to use the files outside of the context of this
  7. computer application, except as explicitly stated in the "Disclaimer"
  8. on the CD-ROM's opening screen.  Re-using our files is illegal,
  9. immoral, and insulting.  Many people have worked hard on this
  10. project; many have donated substantial amounts of time and resources
  11. to make it successful.  So please, don't "borrow" any of these files.

  13. If you have read the statement above and are still planning to steal
  14. some of the files, keep this one more thought in mind.  The license
  15. agreement and copyright of this CD-ROM are backed-up by the awesome
  16. power of a team of University of Arizona lawyers.  They are (well)
  17. paid whether they win cases or not, and they would love to use you
  18. as a test-case for intellectual property rights.  Like the old Dunkin'
  19. Donuts(TM) commercial said-- "See ya' in court, sonny!"
